Nuvola IoT Platform
Before we despatch your device/s we will
- Add a user and organisation on the Nuvola IoT platform for your use.
- Set up your device/s on the Nuvola IoT platform so that you can view the device data.

For support with using the Nuvola IoT platform you can contact us or click the "Docs" link when you are logged in to your Nuvola IoT platform.
Your Standard Nuvola IoT Monthly Plan includes
- 1 x Organisation
- 1 x User login
- 1 x Device
- 2 x Configurable Actions per device (to send warnings when certain conditions are met)
- 100 x Configurable Email Alert Messages per device per month (additional email alerts $0.04 each)
- 10,000 x Incoming Messages from your device per device per month
- Data Retention for 1 month
Additional monthly charges apply if you choose to use additional resources and/or some of the Nuvola IoT premium services
- Additional devices are charged per device at the current monthly subscription rate
- $1.00 per additional user in your Organisation
- $0.50 per additional Action
- $1.00 for each additional block of 10,000 Incoming Messages
- $1.00 for each additional month of Data Storage for your Organisation
- TXT Alert Messages available at $0.20 each TXT
